Registration of Ghanaian Citizens
The registration of Ghanaians is encouraged because it, among others,
- Brings the community to the attention of the Embassy
- Ensures easy identification and possible assistance to the Ghanaian
- Enables government to be aware of its citizens abroad and factor that into its development agenda
The registration of Ghanaians is free when applied online. However, the issuance of a Registration Certificate attracts a fee of €30. Registration Certificates can be applied for at the Embassy during working days from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Application forms for this exercise are available at the Embassy.
